AR-15, heroin, cocaine and other paraphernalia found in house during a search warrant by FMPD

Two people were arrested and now face drug charges after the Fort Myers Police Department executed a search warrant at a home on Royal Palm Avenue.

According to police, detectives with the Fort Myers Police Department Vice/ Narcotics Unit, uniformed officers and SWAT officers served a search warrant at 2250 Royal Palm Avenue.

Detectives found the following items inside the home:

  • 23.7 grams of Crack Cocaine
  • 243.6 grams of Marijuana
  • 3.1 grams of THC
  • 26 prescription antidepressant pills
  • 2.5 unknown pills
  • 1 gram of heroin
  • $2615 US Currency, in small denominations
  • 1 Bushmaster AR-15 rifle
  • 2 AR-15 Magazines
  • Multiple bullets of different calibers
  • Digital scales, baggies, measuring cups, and cutting agents, all having cocaine or marijuana residue

Nine people were found in the home at the time of the search warrant. Due to the evidence located, two people were arrested.

Sheneyder Cadet, 21, and Stein Cadet, 20, were arrested for drug and paraphernalia possession. Stein Cadet faces charges of possession of cocaine and possession of paraphernalia. Sheneyder Cadet faces charges of possession of cocaine, possession of heroin, possession of paraphernalia, and possession of prescription
