HUGE deal! Fuccillo Kia in Cape Coral, Port Charlotte to be sold

Two local well-known car dealerships have a huge deal on the table.

A Delaware-based corporation, LMP Automotive Holdings entered into an agreement to buy the Fuccillo Kia dealerships in Cape Coral and Port Charlotte.

The deal includes all their cars, along with some property.

Fuccillo Kia and owner Bill Fuccillo are well-known in the community, especially for their work with the Harry Chapin food bank.

Richard LeBer is the president of Harry Chapin Food Bank. He said, “We love him, and we really appreciate the support of Billy and of Fucillo Auto Group. Throughout the years they’ve been supporting us for a long time and helped a lot of our friends and neighbors.”

Billy Fuccillo and the company were strong supporters of the WINK Feeds Families Hunger Walk that raises money to feed local families every January.

The closing deadline for the deal is listed as December 31, 2020.
