A North Fort Myers woman will serve six months of state probation and permanently lose her license for her involvement in a crash that claimed three lives in 2018.

Olivia Joane Alexandra Kohut, 36, was charged with three counts of vehicular manslaughter and one count of reckless driving involving serious injuries.

Florida Highway Patrol said Kohut was driving a Dodge Ram on 14th Street in Lehigh Acres at speeds above the 45 mph speed limit when she slammed into a car at an intersection.

Chester Baker, 51, Dawn Baker, 47, and Jamison Baker, 4, were killed.

Kohut was in court Tuesday and adjudicated guilty. Besides the probation and losing her license, she will also have to perform 100 hours of community service.
