The following is weekly COVID-19 vaccine, case, and death data as reported by the Florida Department of Health for Sept. 10 – Sept. 16.

FLORIDA RESIDENTS

  • 3,485,163 CASES / 51,240 DEATHS
    • up from 3,409,165 cases / 48,772 deaths
    • 75,998 new cases reported
    • 2,468 new deaths reported
  • 13,427,215 people have received at least one dose
    • up from 13,281,666
    • 145,549 new people have received at least one dose
  • 11,208,873 people are fully vaccinated
    • up from 11,048,444
    • 160,429 new people fully vaccinated

SOUTHWEST FLORIDA RESIDENTS

SWFL:

  • 210,268 CASES CASES (deaths are no longer separated by county)
    • up from 204,365
    • 5,903 new cases reported
  • 888,546 people have received at least one dose
    • up from 880,910
    • 7,636 new people have received at least one dose

CHARLOTTE COUNTY

  • 21,717 CASES
    • up from 20,916
    • 801 new cases reported
  • 125,472 people have received at least one dose
    • up from 124,761
    • 711 new people have received at least one dose

COLLIER COUNTY

  • 53,857 CASES
    • up from 52,526
    • 1,331 new cases reported
