Glades County Public Safety confirmed Wednesday a stretch of State Road 29 between Hendry and Glades counties is shut down due to flooding.
According to public safety’s Facebook post, a stretch of SR-29 is closed from SR-78 and CR-74, which is between LaBelle and Palmdale.
National Weather Service says a flood advisory will extend into tomorrow for the area.
Drivers are advised to avoid the area.
