The Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced a recall of the Tactec Plate Carriers due to injury hazard.
The recalled product is the 56100 Tactec Plate Carriers.
According to the recall, the cable in the quick release system can separate from the handle preventing swift removal of the carrier in an emergency situation, posing an injury hazard.
There were about 45,170 units sold.
