Here are three fugitives wanted by Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers.

Ever Martinez Chirinos

Ever Martinez Chirinos (DOB 4/22/94) – wanted in Lee County for an order revoking pretrial supervision for domestic battery by strangulation, as well as a bench warrant for failure to appear back in court on an aggravated battery charge.

According to the victims, Chirinos was an unwelcomed guest at a late-night party. As soon as he walked on the property, he unleashed a violent tirade, hitting two males and two females in the face causing injuries to all four people.

Some of the attendees at the party did know who Chirinos was, but they had no idea what set him off to that level of violence. He ended up leaving the party on foot, but was apprehended by law enforcement just a few blocks away.

He ended up spending just one day in the Lee County Jail before being released on bond, but a few weeks ago, a judge rescinded that release and has now remanded him back to a jail cell.

He is 5’7”, 140 pounds and was last known to be living in Lehigh Acres.

Brian Lindsey

Brian Lindsey (DOB 2/7/71) – wanted in Lee County on an order revoking pretrial supervision for DUI causing personal/property damage, resisting officers, leaving the scene of a crash & willful and wanton reckless driving.

Detectives say Lindsey was drunk and belligerent at a local restaurant when he was asked to leave. Lindsey got in his car and drove impaired down the road, driving at a high rate of speed, and ended up hitting a parked car before he drove over a curb and couldn’t go any further. When police approached him, he finished guzzling the bottle of booze in his car, which was his last action before being cuffed and brought to the jail for a collection of DUI related charges.

As it turns out, Lindsey has a history of drunk driving, with three previous convictions on his record. To date, he’s been booked seven times previously for grand theft, resisting and repeatedly driving with a license that’s been suspended since 2004.

He is a registered convicted felon who is 6’1”, 230 pounds and last known to be living in Northwest Cape Coral. And upon his arrest, he will be held without bond.

Louis Trasatti

Louis Trasatti (DOB 3/5/87) – wanted in Lee County for violation of probation – negligent vehicular manslaughter. His current charge stems from an incident where he was high behind the wheel on meth when he struck and killed a bicyclist.

He ended up in the Lee County Jail for about a year, followed by four years in prison after being found guilty. He was released on terms of probation, which he violated last week. He’s got 15 bookings on his rap sheet for additional charges of theft, drugs and the possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.

He is 5’11”, 168 pounds and is known to have gang affiliations. He was last known to be living in Central Fort Myers, and last week, he was added to Crime Stoppers 10 Most Wanted list.
