Authorities are searching for this vehicle they say may have been involved in grand theft of an auto. (CREDIT: Fort Myers Police Department) The Fort Myers Police Department said it’s no longer looking for a vehicle they believed to be involved in a car theft. “All parties involved contacted the PD and this matter has been resolved between the parties,” FMPD said. Earlier The Fort Myers Police Department is looking for a vehicle that was involved in a car theft. The car was stolen from the area of 3837 Edwards Street off of Palm Beach Boulevard. Police have footage of a possibly newer model Chevy Tahoe with distinct dark aftermarket rims with a car-hauler attached to it. Police want anyone who recognizes the vehicle to provide information.
