Billy Joel special will air again after the abrupt cut-off on CBSWoman charged with first-degree murder for selling fentanyl to OD victim in Collier County
A cancer specialist medical office was evacuated and a major Cape Coral roadway was closed Thursday morning after a crash damaged gas equipment. The two-vehicle crash happened around 8:30 a.m. and closed both east and westbound lanes of NE Pine Island Road at Commerce Creek Blvd. A spokeswoman for Teco Peoples Gas said two vehicles hit a small above-ground gas regulator line. She added that the line serves the Florida Cancer Specialist office and the fire department evacuated the center as a precaution. The cancer specialist office will remain closed for the rest of the day. No gas leak was detected and NE Pine Island Road has reopened.
