Deputies say a woman who suffered a meltdown in front of her two kids at a mall store was days later arrested for leading them on a chase while she was intoxicated.

Law enforcement says it’s as if the woman wanted to create chaos, and that the damage she caused at the Clam Pass Kayak Launch was just one part of the wild ride that landed her behind bars.

45-year-old Jeanine Ensunsa is in jail after two arrests within the last week. A report from the Collier County Sheriff’s Office shows that Ensusa’s crime spree on Friday was serious, leading deputies on a chase along Pine Ridge Road after a series of hit-and-runs that caused significant property damage totaling more than $50,000.

Before they got Ensunsa to stop, she drove through the entrance of a Luv-A-Wash car wash.

“I have never seen anything like this,” said Gordon Love, COO of Luv-A-Wash. “I mean, we’ve had people hit other cars, we’ve had people speed out of the parking lot by accident—like, get a mat stuck on a pedal—but we’ve never had anything like this… I’ve been in business for 20-plus years. It’s been one of the most confusing things I’ve ever dealt with.”

The car wash has been closed since Friday morning, and Love’s losses are piling up now.

“It’s also the worst possible time: It’s the middle of our busy season, so it’s a pretty devastating week for us,” Love said. “And then we’re going to be down Sunday, Monday, some of Tuesday. So, we have lost over 10% of the month because of this.”
