One of the suspects in the 2016 Club Blu shooting is in court Wednesday morning to see if he will have his bond revoked.

According to court documents, Don Loggins, 29, of Lehigh Acres, has a court hearing at 9 a.m. in which the state will be asking the judge to hold him without due to his behavior in the Lee County Jail. The complaints mostly revolve around making phone calls to a witness, the mother of his child, and using other inmates’ pin numbers to make unauthorized phone calls.

Tajze Battle, 27, Demetrius O’Neal, 25, and Derrick Church, 25, other suspects in the shooting, have case management hearings at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday.

These men are four of the five people who were arrested in connection with a 2016 mass shooting that happened on teen night at Club Blu, located at 3580 Evans Ave., in Fort Myers. Two teenagers were killed and around 14 others injured.
