The notice is a reminder to voters of the upcoming elections and provides you with information about dates, deadlines, early voting locations and instructions to request a vote-by-mail ballot if you need one. If you plan on voting by mail, you can scan the QR Code on the notice. You can also request a mail-in ballot by clicking here or calling (239)252-8683. To request a vote-by-mail ballot you will need your Florida identification number that you can find on your driver’s license and the last four digits of your social security number.
