Dry, breezy, partly cloudy conditions for Wednesday

High temperatures will climb into the upper 80s with some locations just grazing the 90s. Southwest Florida will remain dry under partly cloudy skies.

Drier conditions will persist throughout the afternoon thanks to a strong low-pressure system to our northeast.

We will retain our low-end rain chances into next week.

Our breezy conditions will lead to a moderate chop in our bays and 2- to 4-foot wave heights within the gulf.

While it now seems unlikely that Alex will form in the Atlantic this week, our tropical weather outlooks will resume this weekend.
