Aspen Dental, MD Now Urgent Care pay big bucks for SWFL location. Jim Schibler of Marcus & Millichap in Cape Coral, explains how a two-tenant building, less than 7,000 square feet sold for $5,100,000. Aspen Dental and MD Now Urgent Care clinic take up about half of a building at Veterans Parkway and Santa Barbara Boulevard. That location is right next door to a Burger King, Wawa, and the new Aldi grocery store, which opens on Aug. 18. Shiebler said an investment group paid a lot of money to be in this type of location.
