According to FMPD, Jimmy Diggs, 56, and Marsheila Salters, 51, were arrested after a vice narcotics unit and SWAT searched the home at around 5:45 a.m. on Thomas Street and Henderson Avenue. They say the investigation began after complaints from the community that drug sales were occurring at the home and the nearby area of Henderson Avenue and Thomas Street. Credit; Fort Myers Police Department Inside the home, detectives found crack cocaine, MDMA, fentanyl, two handguns (a Smith & Wesson .40 cal. and a Taurus 9mm), drug paraphernalia and $866 in cash. Diggs faces charges of trafficking in MDMA, possession of Cocaine with intent to sell, possession of synthetic narcotics (fentanyl), possession of synthetic cannabinoids with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia. His mugshot was not yet available. Salters faces charges of a misdemeanor violation-of-parole warrant and possession of a controlled substance (MDMA).
