Fort Myers High School students disciplined for having sex in bathroom, police investigating video

The Fort Myers Police Department is investigating a video that they say shows two students having sex in a Fort Myers High School bathroom.

Police say they are actively investigating reports of the video of the incident circulating. They say the incident happened in May.

Police say if you receive the video, report it because sharing it with someone else would be a crime.

Rob Spicker, with Lee County schools, says Fort Myers High School has identified the students involved and said they have been disciplined based on the student code of conduct. He said the school is cooperating with Fort Myers police’s investigation.
