Taste of the Town is taking place this weekend, and WINK News has partnered with Businesses Supporting Communities to make it happen in Fort Myers. The event takes place at the Caloosa Sound Amphitheater at Centennial Park from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m., with proceeds from the event benefiting the Harry Chapin Food Bank of Southwest Florida. Taste of the Town is the first major event in downtown Fort Myers since Hurricane Ian. On Saturday, there was live music from Charlie Pace, The Boots Band, and The Susie Badge Rock n’ Roll All-Stars. Taste of the Town features local food vendors, business vendors, live music, and fun for the entire family. There is so much to do, and there are free activities for kids, like bounce houses and rock walls. On Sunday, there will be live music from The Dead Ataris, Deb & The Dynamics, and Chasing Denver. Tickets are $10 for ages 3 and up and can be purchased online or at the event.
