Credit: Google Maps Three people were hospitalized early Tuesday morning after a crash at an intersection in San Carlos Park. According to the San Carlos Park Fire Department, crews went to the intersection of Alico Road and Gator Road just before 5 a.m. following reports of a crash. They found a two-vehicle crash with someone pinned in. Firefighters extricated the pinned-in patient. EMS transported a total of three patients—one as a trauma alert, one with moderate injuries and one with moderate-to-minor injuries.
