Warm, drier Thursday with stray showers

High temperatures will climb into the mid- to upper 80s and low 90s under partly cloudy skies. Thanks to our east/northeasterly winds, humidity will be noticeably lower in the late afternoon and evening. Boaters can expect decent conditions on the water. A light chop in our bays and 1- to 3-foot Gulf wave heights are expected.

A stray shower will be possible in the afternoon and evening. Most of us will not experience a drop of rain. These showers will be short-lived, and no severe weather is expected.

Medium to high concentrations of red tide continues to be observed along the beaches of each coastal county within our viewing area.
