No one is above the law, including trespassing alligators.

Steven Rogers, Lee County Deputy, jumped into action to “arrest” this four-legged scaly suspect on Wednesday.

The seven-foot-long alligator was hiding behind a car in the Village Walk community.

The gator was relocated by a trapper.
