Late Thursday night, three Cape Coral police cruisers blocked the Southeast 47th Terrace and Coronado Parkway intersection. Officers were seen surrounding the man, and one was seen shining a flashlight in that person’s face. The Cape Coral roads have since reopened. WINK News is working to find out what exactly happened to the person and will update this article with more information when it becomes available.
