Police are investigating what led to a person lying in the street in Cape Coral.
Late Thursday night, three Cape Coral police cruisers blocked the Southeast 47th Terrace and Coronado Parkway intersection.
Officers were seen surrounding the man, and one was seen shining a flashlight in that person’s face.
The Cape Coral roads have since reopened.
