A man has been arrested after allegedly brandishing a firearm inside an Immokalee casino following a confrontation.

According to the Collier County Sheriff’s Office, 45-year-old Charles Bernard Kelly Jr. pulled a firearm on Sunday inside a casino on the Immokalee Seminole Indian Reservation.

Casino security alerted police officers that Kelly had drawn the firearm inside the casino.

Officers detained Kelly at the main entrance and found a firearm in the front pocket of his hoodie.

A witness told officers that Kelly had approached another person, exchanged words and brandished the firearm at his side.

Surveillance footage confirmed the account, showing Kelly pulling the firearm from his waistband and chambering a round during the dispute.

Kelly is being charged with improper exhibition of a firearm. The firearm, a 9mm Taurus, was taken as evidence.
