Genesis Zayas waived her arraignment Monday morning and submitted the written plea ahead of the morning’s scheduled hearing. RELATED: Island Coast High School employee accused of inappropriate behavior with 2 students Cape Coral police arrested her in early February. They say Zayas engaged in inappropriate behavior with two students back in October. Her next court date is scheduled for March 17.
