Victim identified in deadly shooting in Immokalee; suspect on the run

The Collier County Sheriff’s Office has released more information regarding a deadly shooting that occurred in Immokalee.

Deputies identified the victim as Jean Aristilde, 32, after the early Monday shooting outside a condominium on South First Street.

According to CCSO, Aristilde was found lying on the ground with blood pooled around him, and a single shell casing was found at his foot.

Law enforcement launched an investigation into the shooting, surrounding multiple homes as detectives spoke with neighbors to aid in solving the case.

A suspect has not been identified or taken into custody.
