WTLQ 97.7 Orgullo Latino is gearing up for its annual Partners in Hope event.

The event will be held Thursday and Friday in Fort Myers to support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

The event will be broadcast live, encouraging listeners to donate $19 monthly to become Partners in Hope, aiding St. Jude’s mission against pediatric cancer.

Donations can be made by calling 1-800-998-8432 or visiting estacamiseta.org.

St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, a leader in pediatric cancer research, has significantly improved childhood cancer survival rates from 20% to over 80% since its founding in 1962.

Families of patients never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, housing or food, focusing entirely on their child’s recovery.

For more information and to support the mission, visit St. Jude’s website.
