MGN CAPE CORAL, Fla.- Cape Coral Police say they have arrested 19-year-old Rondre Thomas for a shooting that happened Wednesday afternoon on Andalusia Boulevard. Police say several people were in a vehicle traveling southbound on Andalusia when a blue car pulled up near them and began shooting at their car. The victim pulled into the Dollar General store after realizing he had been shot in the shoulder. Cape Coral Police say that as they were going to arrest Thomas on Friday night he fled from his home in a vehicle at a high rate of speed. Officers conducted a traffic stop on the car in the Walgreens parking lot at 2409 Santa Barbara Blvd South and Thomas was taken into custody. Thomas is facing multiple charges.
