FORT MYERS, Fla. – We’re firing up the WINK kitchen with TP Hoolihans.
They are one of many restaurants you’ll find at WINK’s Taste of Lee. Chef Justin Fleming shows us how to make ‘Beer Mac n’ Cheese.’
Recipe:
4 oz cream cheese
4 oz lager
4 oz heavy cream
2 cups elbow macaroni
1 cup shredded cheddar
1 cup shredded white cheddar
2 tbl Butter
1/2 cup chopped bacon
salt and pepper to taste
In saute pan: add lager and cream cheese, when combined add cream and pasta.
Once cream comes to a boil add cheeses, butter and bacon, Heat through.
Season to taste
