Suspicious incident in North Naples under investigation

NAPLES, Fla.- Reports of a man walking into a wooded area with a young child near Pine Ridge and Livingston roads are under investigation, the Collier County Sheriff’s Office said.

The caller described the man as Hispanic, 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 9 inches tall, medium build, straight dark hair, wearing dark blue shorts, a white T-shirt and a dark ball cap.

The caller also said the man was carrying two scooters. The boy is described as about 3 feet tall with dark hair. He was wearing a white T-shirt and unknown color shorts, authorities said.
