NAPLES, Fla. – A new video, narrated by Mayor Bill Barnett, shows all the features to be included in the $16 million park, which is only 30 percent complete, on Riverside Circle and Goodlette-Frank Road. But Councilman Doug Finlay raised concerns that the video may be repeating mistakes of the past.
