School bus without children aboard involved in Lee County crash

A Lee County school bus was involved in a crash Wednesday morning in Cape Coral.

The crash happened on Burnt Store Road at Durden Parkway at about 6:45 a.m., and involved the bus and a car.

Cape Coral police have not said how the crash happened but did say there were no children on the bus.

Burnt Store Road has since reopened.
