According to the city of Charlotte County, the driver who is suspected of dragging a dog behind his pickup truck has been found.
This originally happened on Thursday. Witnesses said they saw a man dragging a dog down the street behind his pickup truck from Lake Worth Avenue to Durant street for half a mile.
