Bear killed by box truck in Collier County

A black bear was killed in a collision with a truck on I-75 in Collier County early Wednesday. The Florida Highway Patrol says the bear ran into the path of the truck on the interstate, east of CR-951. The bear was pronounced dead at the scene.
