BRISBANE, Australia- Patients at a children’s hospital are a little happier after getting a surprise visit from Captain Jack Sparrow.
Actor Johnny Depp made an appearance at Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital dressed as his famous “Pirates of the Caribbean” character.
The 52-year-old is in Australia filming the next installment of the franchise, “Dead Men Tell No Tales.”
Smiles could be seen all around as dozens of sick kids took pictures and even interviewed the captain.
Depp admits he often travels with his costume for impromptu visits.
