Suspect sought in armed Fort Myers Subway robbery

FORT MYERS, Fla – Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers needs your help identifying a man who held up a Fort Myers Subway at gunpoint earlier this week.

Deputies say the suspect came into the store, ordered a sandwich, then when he went to pay, pulled out a gun instead.

Police say he then reached over the counter and took all the cash from the register.

It happened at the store in the Morse Shores Plaza on Palm Beach Boulevard.

The suspect is described in his early 20s, with a thin build and a clean shaven face.
