What You’ll Need:
  • 2 tablespoons ground allspice
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 24 extra large raw shrimp, peeled, deveined, with tails left on
  • Skewers (optional)
  • Juice of 1 fresh lime
What To Do:
  1. In a small bowl, combine allspice, ginger, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper; mix well.
  2. Place shrimp on skewers, if desired, and sprinkle seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of shrimp.
  3. Coat a griddle pan or skillet with cooking spray. Over medium heat, cook shrimp 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until pink. Drizzle with lime juice and serve immediately.
