Quebec’s treasury board president, Sam Hamad, is facing questions about his relationship with a disgraced former fundraiser. He was seen at his condo at Vanderbilt Country Club in what appeared to be golf attire on Monday.
He told Canadian press he was not running away, just “refueling.”
