Naples BBQ restaurant showcases popular Superbowl eats

NAPLES, Fla. — Big Papa’s Country Kitchen displayed a variety of popular recipes for the upcoming Superbowl.

Below are the recipes showcased in Friday’s segment:

Hot Wings

  • Marinate wings in Italian dressing for at least one hour
  • Season well with Big Papa’s Country Kitchen’s all purpose rub
  • Cook on Meadow Creek Chicken Flipper to internal Temp of 180 degrees
  • Put in a bowl and toss with Big Papa’s Award Winning Wild Wing Sauce

30 Stuffed Jalapeno’s / Sweet Peppers

  • Cut and clean peppers
  • Put into smoker for about 30 minutes to pre-cook peppers until soft
  • Filling for peppers:
    • 1 Cream Cheese
    • 1 16oz Sausage cooked and drained
    • Seasoning of your choice
  • Blend together until creamy
  • Stuff Peppers
  • Put shredded cheese on top
  • Put back into smoker to melt cheese

Sweet and Sour Meatballs

  • Get frozen meatballs,and put in pan
  • Get sweet and sour sauce of your choice
  • Add to meatballs
  • Put into smoker for about 35 minutes at 300 degrees

Guacamole Dip

  • 3 Avocados
  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 sweet onion cut finely
  • 1 t Big Papa’s Country Kitchen All Purpose Rub
  • Combine and serve with chips of your choice
