Jim Boesch and Bill Ribble ESTERO, Fla. The Village Council replaced Mayor Nick Batos and Vice Mayor Howard Levitan on Wednesday after they announced they wouldn’t seek additional terms. Council members elected District 5 representative Jim Boesch as mayor and District 1 representative Bill Ribble as vice mayor.
