Here are the first three wanted in Lee County by Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers.

Terrance Montgomery, 20, is currently on the run in Lee County after violating his probation on drug and weapons-related charges. This 20-year-old fugitive spent most of the last year behind bars for a long list of burglaries, thefts, resisting and even perjury. When officers tracked Montgomery down at his home, he bailed out a back door and took off running.

When a deputy started chasing after him, Montgomery reached inside his jacket and pulled out a handgun and pointed it at the officer. That gun had 10 bullets in the magazine and one in the chamber. Montgomery was quickly taken into custody and fortunately, nobody was hurt. In addition to his current charges, detectives believe Montgomery may be involved with recent shootings in the Dunbar area.

Roy Favors, 49, has been on the run since an incident last month when he launched a brutal attack in the midst of a drunken stupor. According to the victim, Favors started smashing beer bottles on the floor after getting into a verbal argument with the woman, which quickly festered into a physical altercation.

During the incident, he pushed the victim onto a couch, punched her in the face and choked her nearly to the point of unconsciousness. A witness intervened, affording the victim the opportunity to escape and find a safe place. By the time deputies arrived, however, Favors took off – and hasn’t been seen since.

This is the third violent episode in just a few short months for the 48-year-old fugitive, with similar actions taking place in December and in May. He is 6’2”, 190 pounds and was last known to be staying in the Suncoast area. And upon his arrest, he will be charged with domestic battery by strangulation and tampering with a victim or witness.

[CAPTURED] Benoit Pierre, 73, is accused of molesting two very young girls earlier this year. The incidents allegedly occurred at a local home, and even on a church bus, on multiple occasions. After the victims finally had the bravery to come forward and tell an adult about what was happening, Benoit was confronted with the allegations, which he denied to both family and friends.

But rather than defend himself in a legal way, Pierre has chosen to go into hiding for the last month. Detectives say he has seemingly disappeared in the local Haitian community in an effort to keep himself out of jail. Benoit is 5’10”, 200 pounds and upon his arrest, he will be charged with two counts of lewd and lascivious molestation.

If you have a tip on the whereabouts of any of these wanted suspects contact Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers. All callers will remain anonymous and will be eligible for a cash reward of up to $3,000. UPDATE: Pierre has been captured.
