She is described as being 5’05”, 156 lbs, blonde hair and brown eyes and last lived on East Tamiami Trail in Naples. Jesse Lee Hartzell, 26 – is wanted for Violation State Probation: Possession Controlled Substance/Other (2 counts) x2; Violation State Probation: Drive While License Suspended/Revoked—Felony He is described as being 5’07”, 150 lbs, brown hair and brown eyes and last lived on East Tamiami Trail in Naples. Mark Kfoury, 56 – is a Sanibel man wanted for violating probation on the heels of an arrest for aggravated stalking. Kfoury has been booked nine times already in the Lee County Jail, all for his disturbing and menacing behavior. At the age of 56, he’s racked up several counts of aggravated stalking and cyberstalking, and even continued his erratic actions after being issued an injunction for protection. For his crimes, Kfoury has also been sent to state prison twice, and has been adjudicated as a criminal registrant with a history of violent tendencies.
