Carnival Cruise Line has canceled additional, select sailings, some through the end of 2020, according to a release from the company.

The following are the adjustments made to the previously available sailings:

  • All Alaska sailings through and including June 30, 2020;
  • All San Francisco sailings through 2020;
  • All Carnival Radiance sailings through and including November 1, 2020;
  • All Carnival Legend sailings through and including October 30, 2020.

“We share our guests’ disappointment in this necessary action, as this group of sailings included a number of unique itineraries and the introduction of new ships, homeports and destinations to our network,” said Christine Duffy, president of Carnival Cruise Line.  “Our team has been hard at work making plans for these voyages for over a year and the strong response by our guests suggests tremendous enthusiasm for these offerings which we hope to bring back at the right time.”

The cruise line says they are working with guests and travel partners to address the disruption to vacation plans and extend their apologies.

For guests convenience, Carnival has automated the customer service process and urge guests and travel partners to please use the online forms as requested in emails being sent.

The web address for customers to make a selection is https://www.carnival.com/request-forms/cancellation-preference-v2.aspx. Please note that requests can only be submitted through this link for sailings impacted by these cancellations.

Carnival also noted that their offices in Greater Miami are closed at the direction of local officials and their ability to handle calls has been severely impacted by the ongoing situation.
