Arlinson Chilito (Credit: Jacksonville Beach PD) A delivery driver was arrested after he stole a customer’s Teacup Poodle, Jacksonville Beach police say. Arlinson Chilito was making a Grubhub delivery Saturday evening when the tiny puppy ran out of the customer’s condo. Police say Chilito grabbed the puppy and hid her in his delivery bag, then left the building, bypassing the lobby staff. Officers and detectives say video surveillance from the condominium captured the theft on video. Hours later, Chilito was located at his residence in Jacksonville with the puppy. Chilito, 22, was arrested and charged with grand theft. He is currently in the Duval County Jail on $92,512 bond. Jail records show he also faces charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license, and possession of marijuana. The puppy has been returned to her owners.
