Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers is still seeking information about the 2013 murder of 25-year-old Kyle Byrtus.

Byrtus was found in a field along a Lehigh Acres road on August 15, 2013. Since then, law enforcement has searched for the person responsible for his death.

In 2018, with the help of anonymous donors, the reward for information leading to an arrest in the case was increased to $5,200.

Investigators and his family have said in the past that they believe the answers to the murder can be found in Pine Manor, where Byrtus spent a lot of his time.

Anyone with information on the person or persons responsible for the murder of Kyle Byrtus is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS(8477).

All callers will remain anonymous and will be eligible for a cash reward of up to $3,000 from Crime Stoppers and $2,200 from anonymous donors. Tips may also be made online or on the P3Tips mobile app.
