A single vehicle rollover crash occurred on southbound Interstate 75, north of State Road 82, in Lee County.
At the time of the crash, Tuesday evening, it was raining and the roads were wet.
The vehicle travelled off the roadway right, overcorrected and overturned.
The passenger was ejected, transported to an area hospital and later pronounced dead.
The crash remains under investigation.
