Florida Highway Patrol vehicle. Credit: Florida Highway Patrol Authorities are at the scene of a deadly crash on Interstate 75 in Charlotte County. According to Florida Highway Patrol, authorities arrived at the scene near mile-marker 183 shortly after 9 p.m. Due to the crash, a roadblock has shut down all northbound lanes on I-75 near the site.
