After a Saturday morning start with temperatures in the low 70s, high temperatures will reach the low to mid-90s.

“Slightly drier air in store, and it’ll feel slightly less humid into the afternoon,” added The Weather Authority Meteorologist Lauren Kreidler.

A frontal boundary that brought us some scattered showers and storms Friday evening has now swept to the south, giving way to a sunny, breezy afternoon.

Rain chances stay minimal, with only a few storms in the forecast throughout the afternoon.

On Sunday, rinse and repeat. “Expect another day of sunshine and hot temperatures in the low to mid-90s,” said Kreidler.

The less humid air sticks around, leading to a pleasant morning with temperatures in the low 70s and lower dewpoints. Scattered showers and storms are possible in the afternoon.

As we move into the work week, temperatures stay in the 90s. Isolated rain chances are possible each and every day. We will yet again be near our record-high temperatures, particularly by midweek.

The Tropics

Today is the first official day of hurricane season. We are not tracking anything in the tropics at this time. Hurricane season goes now through November 30th.
