The case against Rick LoCastro centered around a domestic incident dating back to October 2023 at the London Club in Naples. Collier County deputies arrested him in February. His girlfriend at the time said he pulled her out of the car, hit her, and pushed her into the bushes. The arrest report stated that the victim had a cut on her nose, bruising on both of her arms, red markings on the back of her left shoulder and leaves in her hair. LoCastro’s attorney told WINK News in the past that text messages would clear his client’s name. The court docket showed LoCastro had a 9:00 a.m. pre-trial hearing scheduled for Wednesday morning. On Tuesday, June 4, prosecutors filed a Motion for Continuance. Court records show LoCastro did not appear in person.
