An attorney accused of sexually abusing an employee and asking clients to trade sex for legal fees has now lost his license to practice law for five years.

We told you about these accusations when they first surfaced in 2020.

Now, the state bar said that in three pending cases, Guichard Saint Surin is alleged to have engaged in unwanted sexual behavior and harassment with four employees at his law firm and a client.

An attorney representing the ex-employees said Saint Surin preyed on women who he deemed vulnerable.

Saint Surin admitted to showing one of his former employees the gun he kept in his office but denied that it was to further sexual relations.

He denies the other charges.

We’ve put in calls to the ex-employees’ lawyers.
