Florida Sen. Rick Scott joined several Republican senators to welcome Israel’s Prime Minister and the Biden-Harris administration.

During the conference held on Wednesday, Scott spoke on the opportunity of visiting Israel back in March and the level of devastation caused by the war.

“When I was over there in March, what they were telling me is American support. It’s that not just that they need our military weapons, but they need our verbal support, and unfortunately, this administration [Biden-Harris] is not doing it,” he said.

He then focused on the Biden-Harris administration, stating that they failed Israelis.

“The Biden Administration has not been supporting Israel. Democrats have not been supporting Israel,” Scott said.

Before finishing, Scott shifted toward speaking on the captive U.S. citizens in Palestine and how America needs to put forward its best efforts in rescuing them.

“We can’t forget the American hostages that are there,” he said.

Scott was joined by several other Republican senators who spoke on the arrival of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Netanyahu is expected to speak to Congress during his visit late Wednesday.
