Charlotte County is requesting residents to submit damage reports after Tropical Storm Debby. Over the weekend, Debby impacted Charlotte County with flooding, in particular in Punta Gorda. Residents expressed frustrations to WINK News after feeling that the city had not prioritized flooding issues. After Debby passed Southwest Florida in the Gulf of Mexico Monday, at least 15 homes had water inside them in Charlotte County.
